My name is Loreta Vaicaityte Cruz. I am a Strategic Intervention Coach, empowering people in achieving their business and personal dreams, improving their relationships and discovering their strengths.

After obtaining Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology and Master’s degree in Human Resource Development I have more than 12 years of work experience in various roles. Having worked in the United States, Colombia, the Netherlands, and Lithuania, I’m sensitive to the intricacies of many different cultures I’ve done psychological research, career and life coaching, and personal and organizational effectiveness training.

In my work I use the Robbins-Madanes coaching principles, built up on humanistic psychology, neurolinguistic programming, and cognitive behavioral therapy. My methodology is extremely useful for personal empowerment, leadership development, personal and professional relationship issues, marriage problems, career path guidance, work life balance and stress management, anxiety and panic attacks. As an ex-board member of the Female Leadership Network, I also specialize in women empowerment and their career development.
